Welcoming back after 5 years!

Here we are now in North Carolina, its been 5 years since last post. We are excited and thrilled to come into a new year with high hopes for enriching our family. We have loved every adventure we have been on, some good, some not so good but we have learned from them all. Having Peter by our side has filled our home, our hearts with so much love and joy! We have learned lots as parents, relationships and giving up selfish desires to build a true and strong family. We have that door in our hear wide open for more children and we hope and pray we will be blessed with sons and daughters of our Heavenly Fathers family to walk into that door and join our forever family. I'll be posting random things here about how our family is doing, maybe activities were involved with, trips and how the adoption process is going. We hope the word spreads that we are looking to adopt and that everything falls into its right place.

January 2012

Loren and I love our ward here and our home. Its been so great an amazing year.
2011 was a year of miracles for us. Our little boy, peter and Loren with his new job and home... its just been amazing.
My mother came and visited for a week, we had a great time. :) We went to the D.C. temple, permed her hair, played games hung out. it was fun.
We have made some good friends here. In the picture below Peter is with a friends little girl, she is 18 months and just loves peter. Its so fun to see Peter interact (as much as he can, smiling and watching them and laughing) :)
He is such a sweet, wonderful boy,
We love him so much!!

Lawton's December part 1

K so December seemed to go by so fast, and now we are in the new year, Amazing. We had a great year but a recap of that latter, so december we celebrated it felt all month long. We went to a Smorgasbourg at IKEA on the 9th then drove through the night to Florida for 10 days to see my sister and her family as well as my cousin and her little family. We had an amazing time. We thought we would be working at Disney like we do every year, but... we found out we have been purged out of the system and no longer are cast members. :( Lukily our passes stilled worked while we were there, so we got to play for free one last week.





Spending time with, Ananda, Steve and Autumn Oneal at there house in Gainsville.




We drove down to Bradenton (3hr or so from gainsville) on the weekend and spent the night with my cousin Breanne. Went to a little Christmas party thing and then that week they came up and played in Disney World with us. :)











We Celebrated bre birthday at Epcot in France. it was really good. :)

Peter with Erin's ear's all my idea... i couldnt help it wanted to see what our little girls would like. ya but peter, he is all boy. doesnt work out so well.




Now the three of us enjoying Disney together, Goofy was the fist Character peter interacted or saw. We got to show off peter to those we worked with, we had a great time. :)



















Peter did an amazing job at the parks, if he was tired he went to sleep. He was such a happy baby, everyone loved him. :) He fell asleep in my arms at the lion
king show, which is my favorite. it was funny. and he stayed a sleep afterwards it was great. He even slept through the night twice while we were down there.






The food as always was amazingly good. :) we did the disney dinning plane which we liked having for the two days. One morning though loren supprised me and ordered in brackfast, something i have alwasys wanted to do. :) It was so great of him. and the food was really good. a nice yummie treat in the morning. which peter slept through for us to enjoy on our own. I tell you he is so sensitive and treats us so well. He is such a great, good, happy baby. we love him so much!!!







Peter had quit the accident, but luckly they have a nice place for baby needs. We didnt get alot of reaction from him on the rides but it was fun to still be able to go on some. like this one, pirates, hunted mansion, then we swapped watching the babies with my cousin when they came.







We stayed at the bay lake tower near the contmeporary. it was amazing a walk away to the magic kingdom, which was very convenient . and we got to watch the fire works show from the top of the hotel. (we also saw some one propose while we were up there. that was funny)

And our trip is almost to an end, we see Mickey and say good bye, then drove up to south Carolina where we stayed one night at the resort there and then off to home we go. :)
